大家记得风靡一时的摇摇海鲜 Shaking Crab吧?就是把海鲜 (通常是小龙虾,大虾 或雪蟹腿)还有小土豆,玉米装在一个塑料袋里摇啊摇,让味道融合。然后戴上塑料小饭兜,手套,桌子上铺好一张大纸,打开塑料袋,直接用手吃。我在波士顿的一家Shaking Crab吃过,我的个人体验就是一般,相当一般。味道很一般,感觉海鲜也不是很新鲜。
这个方子我在网上看到,做过一次,极受好评, 比我在Shaking Crab吃的好吃多了。但是这个方子大概是6个人的量,所以请酌情增减用量。

Serving size: 6-10 people
Jumbo size Argentinian Red Shrimp 6 pounds - shelled on
Crab legs
Smoked hot sausages - 8 sliced
Corn - cut into chunks
Country Crock Original Butter 45oz (whole box)
Garlic minced (4:3 with the amount of shrimp)
Brown sugar 4TB
Lime 5
Old bay seasoning 4TB
Cajun seasoning 4TB
Lemon Pepper 4TB
Cayenne Pepper 3TB
Paprika 3TB
Put a big pot over the heat, put the whole box of butter in the pot, melt the butter
Once the butter is melted, pour in the Spice Seasoning mix
Swirl it around make sure the flavor is dissolved (5 mins on Medium heat)
Once it’s simmering, add all the minced garlic (5 mins on Medium heat to soften up the garlic)
Add brown sugar in to thicken up the sauce (5 mins on Medium heat)
Use a juicer to squeeze in 5 limes (5 mins on Medium heat)
Add corn
Pour in the shrimp & crab legs (10 mins on Medium heat) ,
On another pan, stir fry the sausages to make it crispy
Add the sausages into the pot
Done!
Optional: dip sauce: you can make the dipping sauce with squeezing 5 limes, salt and black pepper
大一点的锅放在火上加热 (中火),把一整盒黄油都倒在锅里,让黄油融化
黄油融化后,倒进所有的底汤调料组合
搅拌以确保底汤调料与黄油味道融合 (中火5分钟)
所有调料融合均匀后,加入大蒜 (中火5分钟让大蒜变软,汤底入味)
加入红糖 (红糖的作用是让底汤更浓稠,容易挂在海鲜上) (中火5分钟)
把五个青柠的汁挤到汤里,搅拌 (中火5分钟)
加入玉米段
加入大虾和蟹腿 (中火10分钟)
另起一个平底锅,煎一下香肠片,让香肠片更脆
把香肠片加到锅里
完成啦!
(可选)可以用盐+黑胡椒+青柠汁做一个蘸料,蘸着大虾和蟹腿吃
